{"id":873,"date":"2020-01-01T13:16:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-01T17:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/porlanoticia.com\/?p=873"},"modified":"2023-07-18T09:14:58","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T13:14:58","slug":"filtran-audio-que-devela-red-de-corrupcion-del-banco-activo-y-grupo-de-jueces-para-evadir-sanciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/porlanoticia.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/01\/filtran-audio-que-devela-red-de-corrupcion-del-banco-activo-y-grupo-de-jueces-para-evadir-sanciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtran audio que devela red de corrupci\u00f3n del Banco Activo y grupo de jueces para evadir sanciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recientemente salieron a la luz p\u00fablica varias grabaciones en las cuales el abogado \u00c1ngel \u00c1lvarez Oliveros, primo del due\u00f1o del Banco Activo, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Oliveros e hijo de Zonia Oliveros, admite controlar jueces del Circuito Civil Metropolitano de Caracas, as\u00ed como de la Fiscal\u00eda, espec\u00edficamente aquellos donde cursan acciones contra el \u201cBanco Activo\u201d, y contra su familia por estafa, blanqueo de activo y &nbsp;asociaci\u00f3n para delinquir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Ello ha dado inicio a una <strong><em>investigaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong> en Venezuela sobre cinco jueces, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n del anillo de <strong><em>corrupci\u00f3n judicial<\/em><\/strong> encabezado por <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Oliveros<\/strong> y orquestada por <em><strong>\u00c1ngel \u00c1lvarez Oliveros<\/strong><\/em>, <strong>Zonia Oliveros, Norka Cobis <\/strong><em>y <\/em><strong>Daniel Abreu Gonzalez<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c1ngel \u00c1lvarez Oliveros<\/strong>, reside en Miami desde hace m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os.&nbsp; Desde ah\u00ed gira las \u00f3rdenes y pagos a los diferentes jueces y fiscales de su red.&nbsp; Su primo, el banquero Jos\u00e9 Antonio Oliveros Febres Cordero, se fug\u00f3 con su familia de Venezuela desde agosto 2018, luego que un Tribunal de Control Penal le dictara prohibici\u00f3n de salida del pa\u00eds, y que misteriosa logr\u00f3 levantar en menos de 24 horas.&nbsp; Su t\u00eda Zonia Oliveros sin embargo logr\u00f3 huir a pie por la frontera colombo-venezolana, estando actualmente solicitada por la justicia nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INVESTIGACION EN CURACAO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las autoridades curazole\u00f1as igualmente investigan a <strong><em>BANCO ACTIVO PUERTO RICO<\/em><\/strong> y a sus directivos y accionistas, en especial a Jos\u00e9 Antonio Oliveros, por el supuesto pago de comisiones por un monto cercano al Mill\u00f3n y Medio de D\u00f3lares Americanos al presidente del Banco Central de Curacao, <strong>Emsley Tromp<\/strong>, a fin de obtener la buena pro para la compra del Giro Bank en la isla.
